We began the development of the casting and machining of cylinder heads for diesel and petrol engines at the beginning of 2001. We have OE products for Chinese car maker and aftermarket products for global customers.The factory has four comprehensive casting production lines and four robot casting units. The annual production capacity of cylinder head blanks reaches 650,000 units. It has one integrated production line and eight professional production lines. The annual production capacity of cylinder head products is 550,000 units. One production line can produce up to 30 tons per day, and can reuse 9,000 tons of used waste sand for recycling per year.It has six patents for utility model, first-class manufacturing equipment with advanced machining center clusters, and a large number of high-efficiency intelligent flexible production lines.
